Sometimes change happens slowly, sometimes… it happens all at once. 

 

The subtlety of the pencil marks bring a softness to the pattern while the paint has a loose, organic feel with lovely wandering lines and the edges it makes for itself. The overlay of pattern creates a play with the two: a challenge of the precision of my other works.
